16 Crystal Meth Lab Decontamination

The UK has seen an increase in the use and manufacture of crystal meth or "Methamphetamine" production from clandestine drug factories. These illicit factories often utilise unauthorised buildings and squats and the production or "cooking" results in highly toxic residue contamination. This contamination which often includes heavy metals, acids, base chemicals and various VOCs is recognised as a health hazard and may remain within the fabric of the building for years unless removed by effective decontamination.
